SPN’s business plan is based upon leasing unused rooftop space from building owners with a generous compensation plan tailored to owner needs. SPN then covers this idle rooftop space with solar panels entirely at our own expense. This opens a new revenue stream for the building owner. At no point is any financial or in-kind investment required from the owner. In short, the owner becomes SPN’s landlord. SPN functions as an energy company and rooftop tenant. SPN is interested in all unshaded rooftops with 20,000 square feet or more of usable space.
