FINANCING
Asset Purchase
Self ownership is a cash purchase that avoids third-party financing costs. However, the building owner assumes all risks and benefits associated with system ownership.
PPA
Under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), you ‘host’ a solar array on your building. Instead of paying the local utility for electricity, you and Solar Power Network agree on a set electricity rate per kilowatt-hour.
Solar Lease
A lease allows you to rent a solar array for a regular fixed payment. Leases generally offer a lower cost of financing.
